As I left my domicile to retrieve the mail, to my delight, a man of unique attire was passing by.

He was dressed (as my Aunt would say) as one with an eye.

He wore a plaid button down top with a blue basis.

With a plaid tie with red tones.

and a printed jacket with burgundy interlacings.

This was sort of a noteworthy visual considering where I live.

I called out to he, and he smiled my way.

I beckoned to him and we rapped briefly in the street.

To no great surprise, I learned that he was not from Long Island,

he was visiting a friend.

I took a few runaway shots of him from my stoop and sent him on his way.
